Privacy & Trust

Built for confidential account work.

Your accounts are sensitive. WinMinder is designed so you stay in control of what becomes official and who can see it.

Today

How WinMinder handles account work.

Private, invitation-only access

Each seller works in a private workspace. Pilot access is granted personally and can be revoked at any time.

Your accounts stay yours

Customer account information and WinMinder’s coaching knowledge are kept separate. WinMinder is designed so confidential conversations are not automatically turned into reusable knowledge.

Reasoning you can inspect

Ask why a recommendation was made and see the evidence behind it, along with what changed between accepted versions of your plan.

Focused use of AI

AI requests run on WinMinder’s servers, and each interaction uses only the context it needs, not your entire account history.

Data questions

The questions to ask before you share.

Where an answer is still being written, it is marked as pending. Until then, please ask before sharing anything you consider sensitive: keith@winminder.ai.

Plan ownership and history

You decide what becomes official.

This is about control of your plan, separate from the data questions above.

Nothing is official until you say so

AI-proposed strategy, assessments, stakeholder classifications and commitments stay proposals until you accept or edit them. Rejecting one leaves your plan unchanged.

History is preserved

Accepted plans are versioned. A quarterly review creates a new version rather than overwriting the last one.
